The booking channels a lease can come from. Hosts assign a lease policy per source (an Airbnb stay can't collect a deposit through its checkout, a direct booking can), and every lease carries the source it arrived through. Adding one here makes it available everywhere immediately — no release needed.
Built-in sources are the slugs the application itself stamps: the booking widget writes widget, the Airbnb importer writes airbnb. Their slug is fixed and they can't be deleted, but the label, order and active flag are yours. Deactivate rather than delete to retire a channel — leases already on it keep resolving.

Check or uncheck cells to grant or revoke a right for a system role. Changes take effect immediately.

Toggle whether each transaction type requires a lease or a vendor when used in the accounting ledger. Labels and debit/credit direction are fixed by the platform. Category picks which section of the host add-transaction form the type appears under; Ledger Group is what it means on the books and drives the host Transactions filter and stat tiles. Every type needs a ledger group — an unset one is invisible to every filter.

Manage the lookup tables used by service requests. Categories and subcategories can be added or removed. Priority and status slugs are fixed (referenced by the frontend) — only labels and settings are editable.

System-wide catalog of inbound-email routing rules. Each row maps a (sender + content pattern) to a category (payment, communication, expense) and a parser prompt. The inbound router scores incoming emails against these rules; unmatched emails land in the Review Queue.
